Personal Profile

Hello, my name is Val Grove.  I hold a Diploma of Merit in Applied Hypnotic Techniques for use in the Clinical or Therapeutic Environment.  I am a registered member of the Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis Association.  I am also a Registered General Nurse.  I qualified in 1991 and have spent time in many environments from A&E and ITU through to Gynaecology and latterly Special School Nursing.  I have always found working on a one to one basis the most rewarding.

My interest in Hypnotherapy came from an unplanned session where I had a forty year history of terrible claustrophobia "cured" in less than an hour!  I felt completely amazed and euphoric at the freedom that I had been given back.  I was then inspired to learn much, much more about it.

My aim is to help you, to inspire you to regain control of whatever area of your life you feel you need help with.
